- •Informed consent

- •Active inflammatory bowel disease
- •Synchronous perianalabcess
- •Alcohol, narcotic and stimulant consumption
- •Having active hepatitis B,C, HIV or TB
- •Pregnancy and lactation
- •Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
- •Evidence of surgical contraindication
- •Psychological disorders and noncooperative pateint
