Inclusion Criteria

1. Patient willing and able to participate in study for 17 days

2. Patient presenting with (pain,temp, tenderness, rubor, swelling)

3. Patient age group between 18-70 years

4. Irrespective of sex

5. Patient with increased CRP and ESR

Exclusion Criteria

1 Patient having other acute complicated systemic disease.

2 Disease with long term treatment ongoing (HIV, abdominal kochs, cancer hepatitis b, hepatitis c etc)

3 Patients with anorectal diseases (piles, fissure, fistula)

4 Patients below 18 years and more than 70 years. Patients with C.H.D, arrthymia.

5 Pregnant women, breastfeeding women.
