Inclusion Criteria
The 7-17years old patients candidats tonsillectomy that were in ASA I,III class anesthsia according anesthesia society of USA.
Exclusion criteria: Severe anxiety before surgery; upper respiratory tract infection; having speasial disease; use special drugs; exessive bleeding during surgery; repeated anesthesia.

Name Time Method Pain after surgery. Timepoint: After enterance to recovery,3,6,12,24hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Mc-Gill questionnaire.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Blood presure. Timepoint: Every 10 minutes until entering to ward. Method of measurement: with manometer.;Heart rate. Timepoint: Every 10 minutes until entering to ward. Method of measurement: With puls oxymeter.;Vomiting. Timepoint: During 24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Observation.
