•1.Patients unfit for Nasya karma
•eg.Bhuktabhakta,Ajirna,Pita Sneha,Pita
•Madhya,PitaToya,SnehadiPtukama,SnataSira,Snatukama,Kshudharta,Sramarta,Matta,Murcchita,Manasopaghata,Sastradandahata etc.
•2.Pregnant and lactating women.
•3.Patients with complicated Migraine like Status
•migrainosus, hemiplegic migraine, Ophthalmic
•migraine,Retinal migraine,Basilar artery migraine
•and having any chronic debilitating disease with
•other neurological pathology.
•4.Patients suffering from major disease e. g.
•tuberculosis, cancer, diabetes mellitus, heart
•disease, hypertension etc.
•5.Secondary Headache caused by sinus headache,
•meningitis, Encephalitis, cervical spondylitis,
•refractive error and increased intra ocular
•6.Patients using drugs for any other systemic
•illness which interfere with the course of the
•treatment were excluded.
•7.Patients having any inflammatory diseases in
•nose, PNS, eyes and ears,throat,teeth etc.
