Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1 Subjects willing to participate in the study.
- •2 Asymptomatic subjects with hamstring tightness 3knee flexion angle greater than 20º.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 Subjects showing associated symptoms due to hamstring tightness like lower back pain.
- •2 Subjects on any kind of medications for musculoskeletal problems.
- •3 Subjects who underwent musculoskeletal surgeries in the past 6 months.
