Inclusion Criteria
1 Subjects willing to participate in the study.
2 Asymptomatic subjects with hamstring tightness 3knee flexion angle greater than 20º.
Exclusion Criteria
1 Subjects showing associated symptoms due to hamstring tightness like lower back pain.
2 Subjects on any kind of medications for musculoskeletal problems.
3 Subjects who underwent musculoskeletal surgeries in the past 6 months.
