- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The aim of the study is to find out more about the course of the postoperative stress response. To this end, we will first collect data on the surrogate parameters of the post-surgical stress response mentioned above, including heart rate variability, interleukin 6 and 10, and C-reactive protein, and then examine their correlation.
Another aim is to investigate whether subjectively perceived pain, measured by the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS), correlates with HRV and whether the courses of the individual surrogate parameters correlate with mood, measured by validated questionnaires.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The courses of the surrogate parameters will be examined.
