简要总结
Welder’s flash is an acute inflammatory condition of the eye caused by exposure to ultraviolet radiation during welding. It commonly presents with pain, redness, watering and photophobia due to corneal epithelial damage.
Green colour therapy is believed to have soothing and anti inflammatory effects. This randomized controlled trial aims to evaluate the effectiveness of green colour therapy in reducing the severity of symptoms and improving slit lamp findings among welding workers diagnosed with welder’s flash.
Participants will be randomly allocated into intervention and control groups. Outcome assessment will be done using pain assessment scale and sleep quality scale and slit lamp examination at baseline and after intervention.
