Inclusion Criteria

1) 40 men and women aged 20 to 60 with forward head posture.
2) Residents of Suwon area with neck pain.
3) A person who has no intention of resigning within at least two months from the start of the study.

Exclusion Criteria

1) Inflammatory rheumatoid disease or osteoporosis.
2) Chronic unilateral dysfunction.
3) Spinal disease or experience of surgical treatment.
4) Brain lesions and tumors.
5) A history of severe trauma or congenital medical history.
6) Hospital treatment for neck pain
