Inclusion Criteria
Women with mastectomy breast cancer
Having one or two-sided lymph edema
Starting the first course of chemotherapy
Knowing the diagnosis
Age range 18-65 years
Exclusion Criteria
Missing more than one session during the study
Metastasis to other organs at every stage of treatment
Any problems in the legs during the study process
The occurrence of a specific stressful event during the study

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Quality of life. Timepoint: Sleep quality measurement will be done at the beginning and end of the study. Method of measurement: The QLQC30 quality of life questionnaire.;Nausea, Vomiting, Retching. Timepoint: The measurement will be performed immediately after the intervention and 12 hours after that. Method of measurement: Rhodes Index of nausea, vomiting and retching.;Fatigue. Timepoint: The measurement will be performed immediately after the intervention and 12 hours after that. Method of measurement: Brief Fatigue Inventory.
