Patient aged between 18years and 60years of age posted for infra umbilical surgeries and fit for spinal anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Patient refusal,
ishaemic heart disease /bleeding disorders/bronchial asthma
Syndromic patients
Infection at lumbar site
