This study determined or observe the acute postoperative between outpatient UKA and inpatient UKA. We observe the acute post op. at at 0,1, and 2. The acute post op pain compeared between two groups.

- 接受健康志愿者
- 否
入选标准
- •age ≥ 50 years, range of movement ≥ 90°, varus deformity ≤ 10°, and flexion contracture ≤ 10°.
排除标准
- •age ≥ 75 years, ASA physical status score > 2, diagnosed obstructive sleep apnea, and intraoperative conversion to total knee arthroplasty due to full-thickness cartilage loss in the lateral compartment.
