- •Patients undergoing elective gynaecological surgeries
- •Patients categorised under American Society of Anaesthesiologist I or II
Exclusion Criteria
- •History of allergy to Paracetamol, Dexmedetomidine
- •BMI \<18 or \>30
- •Patients categorised under American Society of Anaesthesiologist III and above
- •Patients with coagulopathy
