入选标准
- •120 adult patients between the age group of 20-65yrs of physical status American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status I and II who undergo infra umbilical surgeries e.g.: Inguinal hernia repair surgeries, varicose vein surgeries, lower limb surgeries, etc.
排除标准
- •Uncooperative patients, patients with uncontrolled hypertension, and diabetes, patients with allergy to the study drugs, patients on antiarrhythmics, beta-blockers, anticoagulants, ACE inhibitors, pregnant women, body weight >120kg, Heart Rate < 60 beats per minute and patients having a condition which is a contraindication to spinal anaesthesia such as patient refusal, infection at the site of injection, coagulopathy, increased intracranial pressure.
