1.Consenting Patients
2.All patients admitted in Medical Intensive Care Unit who are critically ill on the basis if APACHE IV criteria
Exclusion Criteria
1.Non Consenting Patients
2.Patients undergoing anti platelet treatment
3.Patients refusing investigations
4.Pregnancy
5.Death of Patient within 24 hrs of hospital stay
