Name Time Method 1.Fall prevention in the elderly 2.Maintain balance in the elderly. Timepoint: Perform balance test and leaf test before and one week after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Berg balance test- TUG test.;Maintain balance in the elderly. Timepoint: Perform Berg test before and one week after the intervention. Method of measurement: Berg balance test.;Reduce the fear of falling in the elderly. Timepoint: Completion of the questionnaire before and one week after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Short version fall fear questionnaire.
