Inclusion Criteria

1. No history of falls leading to motor injury.
2. The elderly should be covered by the Foundation of Scholars of Shiraz.
3. Age of the elderly74-60 years (young elderly.
4. Female
.5. Has a specific score from the Fall Fear Questionnaire (14-28).
.6. Has a natural TUG.
7.Do not use walking aids.

Exclusion Criteria

Existence of musculoskeletal problem in the elderly that has led to gait disorders. Elderly people with cognitive impairment

1.Fall prevention in the elderly 2.Maintain balance in the elderly. Timepoint: Perform balance test and leaf test before and one week after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Berg balance test- TUG test.;Maintain balance in the elderly. Timepoint: Perform Berg test before and one week after the intervention. Method of measurement: Berg balance test.;Reduce the fear of falling in the elderly. Timepoint: Completion of the questionnaire before and one week after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Short version fall fear questionnaire.
