1.Volunteers with SILENT Gall Calculi.
2. Acute cholecystitis with Gall bladder calculi; subsided with conservative
management and Patient not willing for surgery.
3. Gall Calculi of size < 15mm, single or multiple.
4. Patients of Cholelithiasis undergo any type of treatment with no or suboptimal relief.
1. Individuals having Gall bladder Calculi with any acute conditions.
2. Individuals having multiple Gall bladder Calculi more than Five.
3. Individuals having Gall bladder Calculi near bile duct.
4. Pregnancy.
5. Individuals with major systemic illness e.g. Carcinoma, AIDS, TB, DM.
6. Gall bladder calculi adhered to the wall of Gall bladder.
