Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Obese patients
- •2\. Age 18 to 60 years
- •3\. ASA Physical status I and II planned for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient refusal
- •2\. Anticipated difficult airway
- •3\. History of gastroesophageal reflux diseases
- •Patients with previous abdominal surgery and/or
- •comorbidities that would affect surgical time
- •time under anaesthesia
- •4\. Expected duration of surgery is more than 3 hours
- •5\. Any surgery with expected postoperative ICU admission
