入选标准
- •1. Obese patients
- •2. Age 18 to 60 years
- •3. ASA Physical status I and II planned for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy
排除标准
- •1. Patient refusal
- •2. Anticipated difficult airway
- •3. History of gastroesophageal reflux diseases
- •Patients with previous abdominal surgery and/or
- •comorbidities that would affect surgical time
- •time under anaesthesia
- •4. Expected duration of surgery is more than 3 hours
- •5. Any surgery with expected postoperative ICU admission
