Inclusion Criteria
COVID-19 positive / suspected patients
ARDS confirmed based on Berlin criteria 2012
Acute onset of respiratory symptoms < 1 week
B/L Chest X-Ray opacities not explained by effusion, cardiac failure, lobar collapse.
PaO2/FiO2 ratio > 200 mm Hg
Age: 30 â?? 80 years
BMI < 30 kg/m2
Fio2 requirement > 50 % on room air
Exclusion Criteria
COVID-19 negative patients
Drowsy patient
Un co-operative
Glassgow Coma Scale < 6
PaO2/FiO2 <100 mmHg
BMI > 30 kg/m2
Age <30 yrs > 80 years
Cervical spondylosis
Glaucoma
Pregnancy
