Inclusion Criteria
Adult individuals aged between 18 and 64 years will be included; with absence of comorbidities, physical mobility problems and/or changes in the cognitive level; not be performing physical activity at the moment; and have the ability to speak and understand the Portuguese language
Exclusion Criteria
Participants who did not perform the assessments of primary and secondary outcomes before and after the intervention and those who were not cleared by the physician to perform physical exercise will be excluded
