- •Tracheal intubation under general anesthesia
- •Young and middle-aged patients aged 18-65 years
- •BMI: 18.5-28kg /m2

- •head and facial trauma, infection, disease
- •more than 2 kinds of coronary heart disease, hypertension, stroke, diabetes, immune disease and other diseases before surgery
