Present with more Indolent arthralgia (lazy, not want to work) before on set of clinically
apparent joint swelling and low-grade fever.
Clinically Patient having sign and symptoms of Amavata.
Patients having concomitant diseases like uncontrolled hypertension,
HIV, malignancy, diabetes mellitus etc.
Patient having any other acute or systemic illness.
Chronicity of more than 10 years.
Patients who have developed joint deformities like Boutonniere deformity, Swan-neck
deformity and Rheumatoid nodules,etc.
Patients diagnosed with Ayurveda diagnosis like Sandhivata, Sarvanga Vata etc. will be
excluded.
Gout ( Inflammatory arthritis that results from an excess of uric acid in blood)
