Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(1\) It meets the diagnostic criteria of Vascular dementia and Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, and the course of dementia is more than 3 months;
- •(2\) The mini mental state assessment scale scored \=26 points;
- •(3\) Clear consciousness, able to cooperate with the inspection and participate in the training;
- •(4\) Diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine; Refer to the syndrome differentiation of dementia in the guiding principles for clinical research of new traditional Chinese medicine (Trial) \[4];
- •(5\) Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Have other brain organic diseases, depression and psychosis;
- •(2\) Patients with malignant tumor, history of drug allergy, hematopoietic coagulation dysfunction or severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction were excluded;
- •(3\) Cognitive impairment or dementia caused by other factors, such as brain injury, Parkinson's disease, etc;
- •(4\) Patients who cannot cooperate with the examination (such as four diagnostic instruments of traditional Chinese medicine, meridian detector, neurophysiological evaluation, etc.).
