- •Patients who under went Open Haemorrhoidectomy under LA having complaint of pain upto 0-7 as per visual analogue scale

- •Closed Haemorrhoidectomy
- •Sensitivity to drug
- •Post operative complication such as infection , secondary bleeding , fissure in ano,
- •incontinence of urine, urinary tract infection ,fecal incontinence , anal stricture
