Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients on NG
- •Patients on Orogastric tube feeding
- •Patients with normal gastric function
- •Patients aged 18\-75 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with short gut
- •On jejunostomy feed
- •Admitted with Gastric intolerance
- •Admitted with acute Pancreatitis
- •Post intestinal surgery
- •On high ionotropic support
- •NJ tube Feeding
- •Partial intestinal failure
- •GI Intolerance
- •Death/discharge before 48 hours of observation
