•Patients who are treated at the University Medical Center Göttingen, age 4\-18 years old, after permission of the guardian(s)

•no permission of the (guardian)s; lack of cooperation; age \< 4 years, \> 18 years; The patient should suffer from a serious general illness restricting his immune system. This are especially illnesses like: congenital or acquired, severe immune deficiencies, malignant haematological or lymphoproliferative disorders, malignant tumors, HIV\-infection. The patient shouldn't suffer any kind of (autoimmune) disorders, which affects his/her salvia composition and/or amount of salvia (f.e. Morbus Sjögren). The patient shouldn't suffer any kind of severe neurological or psychological disease which doesn't allow him/her to take part of this study.
•The patient shouldnt suffer any kind of severe mental disability which doesn't allow him/her to agree/disagree in the participation of this study.
