Inclusion Criteria

All consented patients who underwent breast conserving surgery, total mastectomy with and without reconstruction at Breast Surgery Unit of a tertiary care hospital from 1st January 2015 to 30th October 2020.

Exclusion Criteria

Patients who had died, those who had undergone breast reconstruction following breast conserving surgery and were unwilling to participate and refused to give informed consent were excluded from the study.

Primary Outcome Measures

The primary endpoint is to assess the quality of life of patients following breast conserving surgery (BCS), total mastectomy with and without reconstruction with the help of Breast-Q questionnaire.
Secondary Outcome Measures

Patients who had breast conservation were more satisfied with cosmetic outcome post-surgery as compared to mastectomy with or without reconstruction.
