1.Female in the age group of 18-35 years.
2.Patient undergoing elective cesarean section.
3.Duration of Surgery 1-2 hours .
4.ASA 1 and 2 5.MPC 1 and 2
5.Weight of the patient more than equal to50 kilograms 8.Patients willing to participate in the study 9.Patient fulfilling criteria for Subarachnoid Block
1.Lack of valid informed written consent
2.ASA grade 3 and 4
3.Weight of the patient less than equal to 50 kilograms
4.Infection at the Subarachnoid Block site
5.Patients with neurological and musculoskeletal disease
6.Patients with bleeding disorders
7.Patients on anticoagulants
8.History of allergy to local anaesthetic and injection Fentanyl.
