• Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and/or anxiety disorder (MINI criteria)
• Gender: male, female
• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 75 Years
• Consent to participate in a single VR-session and the diagnostic interviews
• Ability to give consent
• Sufficient understanding of the German language
• Psychotic symptoms (current or lifetime)
• Mania
• Severe neuropsychological disease
• Current substance dependence
• Physical illnesses that are a contraindication to exposures (e.g. heart disease)

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method ERP Feedback Form: Self-report questionnaire to assess willingness to engage in disorder-specific in vivo exposures and to experience unpleasant feelings during these exposures, based on Reid et al. (2017). Patients report their willingness one day before (t1) and one day after (t2) the VR session. Patients' willingness is assessed on a scale ranging from 0 to 100. A further assessment will be at t4.
