Inclusion Criteria
- •Diagnosis of bipolar disorder according to the opinion of a psychiatrist.
- •At least a diploma education.
- •At least 6 months have passed since the diagnosis of the disease.
- •Not receiving electronic shock.
- •Not pregnant.
- •Not receiving other psychological interventions during the intervention.
- •Access to a smart mobile phone.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Unwillingness to participate in research.
