Inclusion Criteria

  • Diagnosis of bipolar disorder according to the opinion of a psychiatrist.
  • At least a diploma education.
  • At least 6 months have passed since the diagnosis of the disease.
  • Not receiving electronic shock.
  • Not pregnant.
  • Not receiving other psychological interventions during the intervention.
  • Access to a smart mobile phone.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Unwillingness to participate in research.
