preeclampsia women-BP more than or equal to 140/90 mm hg after 20 weeks of gestation on 2 occasions 4 hrs apart. All hypertensives after diagnosis after 20 weeks of gestation.
EXCLUSION CRITERIA: Patient with the history of liver disease, pre existing diabetes, Renal failure, Haemolytic anaemia, stroke, coronary artery disease, Chronic lung disease, Connective tissue disorders, disseminated Intravascular coagulation, Seizures, chronic hypertension, multiple pregnancies, Smoking, Alcoholism, hepatotoxic drugs were excluded.

Name Time Method The detected adverse outcomes are correlated with their previously measured Serum LDH levels and there by determining its role in the development of preeclampsia and eclampsia.Timepoint: 1 year and 6 months
