入选标准
- •Patientâ??s age > 18 years and < 65 years
- •ASA GRADE- I , II
- •Undergoing pyeloplasty . surgery
- •Patients with good mental function who could understand and rate their pain on Visual Analog Scale (VAS; scale of 0â??10),
排除标准
- •Patient refusal
- •Obesity, neuromuscular disorder
- •Hepatic and renal failure patient
- •Chronic pain, bleeding disorder
- •Respiratory and cardiac patients
- •Allergic to ropivacaine and morphine
- •Patients with failed spinal anaesthesia and converted to general anesthesia
- •H/O opioid drug abuse
