Randomized Comparative Clinical Trial to Study the Effect of *Gairikadi Bidalaka* and Chloramphenicol with Hydrocortisone Eye Ointment in *Praklinna Vartma.*

|*Gairik, Gorochan, Saindhava, Musta* these drugs are *Tridosha Shamak* together, these are used to prepare the *Bidalaka*. This preparation is cheaper than the modern drugs, not having any side effect and prevent the recurrence of the disease. The aim is to compare the effect of *Gairikadi Bidalaka* and Chloramphenicol with Hydrocortisone eye ointment in *Praklinna Vartma.*

Inclusion Criteria

• 1. Patients suffering from symptoms of Praklinna Vartma like Kandu, Shopha, Toda 2. Age.
• 18-50 yrs. 3. Gender- either of gender.

Exclusion Criteria

• Patients suffering from complicated eye diseases or any severe ocular infections like corneal ulcer etc.
• Patients not ready for drug trial &follow up.
• Patient of known case of autoimmune disorders like RA or any systemic diseases like Diabetic mellitus, Hypertension.
