Inclusion Criteria
Mechanically ventilated patients.
Patients who are mechanically ventilated for more than 24 hours in different intensive care units.
Hemodynamically stable patient.
Patient on PEEP value 5 to 7 mmH20.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients clinically diagnosed with following conditions: Rib fractures, chest trauma, pneumothorax.
Patients who underwent through recent thoracic or abdominal surgeries
Fever above 38.3 ? C
Haemodynamically unstable patients
