入选标准
- •Eligible for CR per guidelines
- •Confirmed diagnosis of any cardiac conditions
- •Willing an able to provide consent 4.Has a smartphone with reliable internet connection.
排除标准
- •1.Severe comorbidities contraindicating CR 2.MSK, Neurological or psychiatric condition impeding participation
- •Inability to perform 6MWT /comply with follow ups as per study 4.Unwillingness to provide consent
- •A part of another study.
