Inclusion Criteria
- •Inclusion criteria :
- •1. >60 yrs age patients undergoing elective TURP surgery 2.ASA I.II.III 3.Preop MMES score >23
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.MMES score <23 in preoperative period 2. H/O :CVA, parkinsonism, Brain disease, dementia ,cancer 3. H/o any psychological disorder 4. Who can not follow the instructions or who can not do simple addition /subtraction of numbers. 5.surgery duration >1.5 hrs
