Inclusion Criteria
- •Inclusion criteria :
- •1\. \>60 yrs age patients undergoing elective TURP surgery 2\.ASA I.II.III 3\.Preop MMES score \>23
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.MMES score \<23 in preoperative period 2\. H/O :CVA, parkinsonism, Brain disease, dementia ,cancer 3\. H/o any psychological disorder 4\. Who can not follow the instructions or who can not do simple addition /subtraction of numbers. 5\.surgery duration \>1\.5 hrs
