Inclusion Criteria
a)age >= 18 years, <70 years
b)ASA I-III,
c)Ability to read and understand Hindi and/or English language,
d)Scheduled to undergo elective surgery under general, regional and local anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
a)Patients with known psychological disorders such as panic, phobia, mania and obsessive compulsive disorders
b)Patients on anti-anxiety and antidepressants drugs.
c)Pregnant patients
d)Deaf-mute patients
