Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1)Age 1month-12 years
- •2)ASA physical status I and II
- •3)Elective surgeries under general anesthesia with endotracheal tube
Exclusion Criteria
- •1) h/o upper respiratory tract infections
- •2) h/o bronchial asthma
- •3) previous laryngeal or tracheal surgery
- •4) local anesthestic allergy
- •5) h/o congenital heart disease
- •6) patients with anticipated difficult airway
- •7) patients expected to require postoperative ventilation
