all patients with unilateral Bellsâ?? palsy presenting within 14 days on onset in
neurology OPD
2) patients fulfilling clinical criteria for diagnosis of Bells palsy clinically as LMN facial
nerve palsy
3) patients between the age of 18-70 years
1) Patients with facial nerve palsy due to temporal bone fracture, multiple sclerosis, trauma, tumor, stroke
2) patients with iatrogenic facial nerve paralysis,
3) patients with Otitis media, Ramsay-Hunt syndrome
4) patients diagnosed with Polyneuropathy like Guillainâ??Barre syndrome
5) patients with history of Recurrent Bells palsy
6) Pregnant and lactating women will be excluded from the study
7) patients with Hemifacial spasm
