Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Meet the diagnostic criteria for non\-specific low back pain;
- •2\. Elderly patients \>\= 60 years old, regardless of gender, who can receive electroacupuncture;
- •3\. The tenderness points of the waist and buttocks can be found, with or without radiating pain;
- •4\. Modern clinical diagnosis belongs to lumbar muscle strain, back myofasciitis, lumbar spinal nerve dorsal branch compression syndrome, piriformis syndrome, and gluteus medius injury;
- •5\. No treatment for low back pain symptoms 2 weeks before treatment;
- •6\. Those who volunteer to participate in this study and cooperate with the treatment.
- •7\. At the same time, the above 6 items can be included in this study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar spondylolisthesis, or those with surgical indications or combined with tumors, tuberculosis, lumbar compression fractures, and lumbar spondylolysis, and those with a history of lumbar spine surgery;
- •2\. Those with serious medical diseases such as immune system, heart and brain, liver, kidney, chronic obstructive lung, and hematopoietic system;
- •3\. Patients with infectious diseases, skin diseases, mental illnesses, and those who cannot cooperate with the treatment of this study;
- •4\. Others who are not suitable for electroacupuncture (such as those with pacemakers, electronic drug pumps, etc.);
- •5\. Patients who cannot strictly follow the course of treatment;
- •6\. A serious adverse reaction occurred during the treatment, and the treatment, training or other complications could not be tolerated.
