This project is to collect the opinion of stakeholders in dementia care, namely family caregivers and staff offering dementia care service, on an online self-learning protocol called "iSupport". The opinion collected will help research team to modify the contents if necessary which would make this website useful for the local formal and informal caregivers to use in offering better dementia care.

- •for family caregivers: 18 years of age or older; a primary informal caregiver of a person with dementia; and in the caregiver role for at least one year. Inclusion criteria for staff: Care staff were invited to the study if they were employed as caregiver support group coordinators or case managers of dementia care services.
