Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Aged 30\-60 years
  • •2\. Tear Trough Class I\-II by Hirmard's Classification

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Pregnancy or Lactation subjects
  • •2\. Subjects with coagulopathy or platelet dysfunction or anemia or cancer or immunocompromised host
  • •3\. Current smoking or heavy alcohol drinking subjects
  • •4\. Subjects with dermatitis, skin infection at eye
  • •5\. Subjects with history of anesthesia allergy
  • •6\. Subjects with history of taking contraceptive pills or NSAIDs
  • •7\. Subjects who treated with energy\-based deviced, laser or botox within 6 month before joining the research
  • •8\. Subjects who had history of keloid
  • •9\. Subjects who had history of phychiatric disease
