- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The aim of this investigation is the measurement of various physiological parameters on a treadmill with weight reduction through positive pressure on the lower body in the anti-gravity treadmill system AlterG (AlterG INC., 48438 Milmont Drive, Fremont, CA 94538, Tel .: 510-270-5900 , www.alter-g.com) in healthy subjects.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The AlterG treadmill uses a lower body inflation chamber in which excess pressure is generated to reduce the weight of the runner. Weight reduction can have a relieving effect on the cardiovascular system and local muscle activation.

For this purpose, the parameters heart rate and blood pressure (systolic / diastolic), VO2, VCO2, AMV and AF should be determined via spirometry depending on different running speeds at 100% body weight and compared with the same running speeds but different body weight reduction on the AlterG.
