Brief Summary

In this study We would like to compare the efficacy of intrathecal nalbuphine and fentanyl as an adjuvant to bupivacaine in lower abdominal surgeries.

Intraopratively BP and PR MEASURED AT 0,1,5,10,15,20,30,60,120 mins

Post operatively PR and BP EVERY 20 mins for 2 hours

Post operative VAS SCORE in 2,4,6,12 and 24 hours

PATIENT SATISFACTION SCORE

DURATION OF ONSET OF MOTOR POWER IN 3,4,5,6,7,8,9 hours.

ASA physical 1 and 2.

Exclusion Criteria

Pregnant women Allergy to amides Known case of obstructive sleep apnoea.
