- •A consenting pregnant women of gestational age 37 weeks 0day to 38 weeks 6days
- •with scheduled cesarean section
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient with contraindication of Dexamethasone and Betamethasone
- •Non\-reassuring fetal status
- •Any associated medical conditions like Septicemia, Maternal diabetes, Chronic
- •hypertension, Chronic renal diseases, Liver diseases.
