入选标准
- •Aged over 18 years
- •Participants diagnosed with cataract who are scheduled for cataract surgery
- •VA > 6/18 6/18 but visual impairment interferes with daily activities
- •Surgery was performed by ophthalmology residents, clinical fellows, or staff in Siriraj Hospital
排除标准
- •Cataract secondary to other ocular or systemic conditions or medication use
- •(intraocular inflammation, chronic steroid use, or ocular trauma)
- •History of other ocular diseases
- •(ocular trauma, congenital ocular abnormalities, glaucoma, lens subluxation,
- •amblyopia, or retinal diseases)
- •History of prior intraocular surgery, except for laser peripheral iridotomy
- •Participants who undergo cataract surgery > 1 eye within a 1-month period
