Inclusion Criteria
1) Age group 18 to 25
2) Subjects with bilateral hamstring tightness
3) Non symptomatic male and female population
4) Active knee extension ranges from 15 - 45 degrees
5) Subject willing to participate
Exclusion Criteria
1) Any history of surgery of lower limb and lower back past 1 year
2) Limb length discrepancy
3) Any congenital and acquired structural deformity
