- •2) Subjects with bilateral hamstring tightness
- •3) Non symptomatic male and female population
- •4) Active knee extension ranges from 15 - 45 degrees
- •5) Subject willing to participate
排除标准
- •1) Any history of surgery of lower limb and lower back past 1 year
- •2) Limb length discrepancy
- •3) Any congenital and acquired structural deformity
- •neuromuscular and musculoskeletal problems
