- CA cervix FIGO stage IB2, IIA2-IVA
- Patho : squamous cell carcinoma, adenosquamous carcinoma or adenocarcinoma
- Age more than 18 years
- KPS > 70
- Treatment plan is concurrent chemoradiotherapy
- No paraaortic lymph node metastasis
- Adequate bone marrow and kidney function
- No HIV history
- Patients have cardiac pacemaker or metal prosthesis in their body
- Patients received abdominal radiotherapy or chemotherapy
- Distant metastases
- Previous malignancy, except adequately treated non-melanoma skin cancer
