- •- CA cervix FIGO stage IB2, IIA2-IVA
- •- Patho : squamous cell carcinoma, adenosquamous carcinoma or adenocarcinoma
- •- Age more than 18 years
- •- KPS > 70
- •- Treatment plan is concurrent chemoradiotherapy
- •- No paraaortic lymph node metastasis
- •- Adequate bone marrow and kidney function
- •- No HIV history
排除标准
- •- Patients have cardiac pacemaker or metal prosthesis in their body
- •- Patients received abdominal radiotherapy or chemotherapy
- •- Distant metastases
- •- Previous malignancy, except adequately treated non-melanoma skin cancer
