Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Age group 18 years to 65 years.
  • Patients undergoing neurosurgery using propofol for induction of anaesthesia.
  • Patient willing to participate in the study

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients with haemodynamic instability, patients on ionotropic support.
  • Patients with cardiac failure, arrythmias, valvular heart disease.
  • Patients with peripheral vascular disease. Patients with abdominal pathologies.
  • Patients in sepsis.
  • Patients on positive pressure ventilation. Patients with Glassgow Coma Scale (GCS) score \< 13\.
  • Patients not giving consent to participate in the study.
